What happens at the end of the agreement?

When you sell your home or buy us out, you’ll need to pay us back an amount equivalent to our original investment plus or minus our share of your home’s change in value. When you sell your home, Liquuid wins or takes a loss with your investment. The more your home appreciates, the more we both win. If you sell your home at a loss, then Liquuid shares in that loss with you.

If you buy us out, we use an independent third-party appraisal to determine the fair market value of your property at the time.
